Details:

A service technician will perform a complete diagnostic of the customers existing systems to determine the extent of their problem. After the diagnostic evaluation, the service technician will give the customer a the cost to repair the system. Upon customer approval, the service technician will complete the necessary work. The service call covers only the drive time plus a 30 minute system diagnostic.

Details:

A Tune-up is an 18 point inspection of the gas furnace, heat pump or cooling system during its performance. The purpose of a tune-up is to ensure that the unit is in optimum working condition. A tune-up can only be performed when the unit is working properly. If during the tune-up it is determined that the system needs some corrective work then the technician will:

1. Inform the customer of the current problem(s) and cost. 2. If the customer approves the cost of the required repairs, the technician will repair the system or order the part(s) that are needed and schedule a follow up appointment to complete the job.
