You approve an estimate before any work is done, and, if you are dissatisfied with our work for any reason, we’ll make every effort to meet your expectations.

ARS^®/Rescue Rooter^® Exceptional Service Guarantee

* For installation of new HVAC and Plumbing equipment, in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty on equipment and parts, we will warrant our workmanship for the first two years following installation.  If you are not satisfied within two years of the date of original invoice, we will either make it right or remove the equipment and cheerfully refund 100% of your money. 

* For HVAC, Plumbing and Sewer service work performed, in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty on parts, we will warrant our workmanship for the first year following our initial service.  If you are not satisfied within one year of the date of original invoice, we will either make it right or cheerfully refund 100% of your money.

* For sewer line replacement, we will warrant our workmanship, in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty on the sewer lining, for up to 10 years following the date of initial replacement.  If you are not satisfied within 10 years of the date of original invoice, we will refund 100% of your money.
