Universal's Warranty
We offer up to 10 years parts and 1 year labor warranty on all new installations*. We also offer a 30 day warranty on labor and 1 year warranty on parts for any service call repairs that we perform. So whether its a new installation or service for an existing system, you can be sure that we will be there to make it right.

The Manufacturer's Warranty
The manufacturer's warranty on the equipment usually includes parts such as the Heat Exchanger of the furnace, and the compressor on the Air Conditioner. This warranty does not include labor after the first year, unless otherwise stated on the warranty certificate that accompanies each unit. Below are a few points that are typical in a manufacturer's warranty*.
Trane's Warranty
Trane heating and air conditioning products are backed by some of the best Manufacturer's Limited Warranties in the industry. XLi models leave the factory with a 10-year limited warranty on all functional parts. If a Trane air handler, coil or thermostat is installed at the same time as part of a complete XLi system, it too is covered by a 10-year limited warranty.
Trane's Extended Warranty
An Optional Extended Warranty can offer worry-free protection by adding extra years to your manufacturer's limited warranty, or it may cover additional labor and refrigerant costs on covered repairs without lengthening the limited warranty.
New equipment installed within the last nine (9) months are eligible for the following coverage:
- Option to purchase coverage in five (5)* or ten (10)* year increments to cover parts only, labor only, or parts and labor for the duration of the agreement.
- Covers Residential and Light Commercial units 1-25 tons.
- Fully transferable to the new owner if property is sold. Certain restrictions apply.
